I would like to introduce you all to a wonderful organization called Oboe Mobile Foundation, based in Puerto Rico. Frances Colón, the founder and director, has dedicated her energy for the past decade to bringing awareness, information, and resources to oboe students and enthusiasts in Puerto Rico. OMF recently produced a beautiful video featuring Puerto Rican music, musicians, and images from the island.
