What are the different shapes of custom reeds?
The shapes refer to the specific measurements of the cane used to make the reed. If you are not working with a professional for guidance on the various shapes, you may wish to order the "Standard" reeds, or contact Alyssa for more information.
What if I am unsatisfied with a reed I receive?
There can be issues with reeds traveling to various climates through the shipment process. If your reed does not work, please reach out to Alyssa in order to discuss receiving a replacement or refund for your order.
What strength reed should I order?
If this is the first time ever ordering reeds and you are a beginner, I recommend starting with soft strength and moving up from there. If you are trying my reeds after using other brands, I recommend starting with one strength lighter than what you have been using.
How long until I receive my order?
Depending on current workload, it can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to process each order. Reeds are custom made and are subject to variables that affect the processing time.
