Current processing times have been extended to 3-4 weeks due to a combination of my having covid over Christmas, as well as my busier than usual performance schedule over the next few months (January-March 2023). I appreciate your patience, and planning ahead in ordering with extra time. I have been testing negative since Jan 1, and all affected customers were notified. If you wish to review my covid policies, I encourage you to look at the news post on this topic. I have maintained the same level of precautions throughout the past nearly 3 years.
Some suggestions to consider: 1) keeping orders smaller helps me move through each order more quickly 2) choose a faster shipping method 3) help your current reeds last longer by rotating through them rather than only playing your favorite reed until it expires 4) order more often, having a few extra reeds on hand will mean less worry on your part if I am running behind schedule
